Described by Ofsted as ‘unique’, Lingfield is an education and training provision. We provide bespoke learning opportunities based around individual needs and goals, underpinned by a holistic support package for learners and their families, or guardians. We pride ourselves on the diverse skills and qualities our dedicated team bring to the provision.

We’ve been delivering tailored support for young people of the TS area with identified additional needs for over a decade. Our core curriculum is based around vocational work experience placements with trusted local employers. This gives our learners valuable hands-on training and development in a real working environment.

This helps them to build confidence and relationships, and improve their skills.

Our support

We offer a Study Programme for young people aged 16 to 19.

We offer supported internships for people aged 16 to 24.

We offer an alternative provision for young people aged 14 to 16.

We offer a personalised learning programme for learners with an education, health, and care plan (EHCP) working at entry level 1 and above.
