Our support

If you’re looking for a job

We can tell you what jobs are out there, and help you think about what you’d like to do.

Once you’re ready to look for a job, we can:

  • help you search for a job
  • help you to write a CV and a job application
  • help you prepare for interviews
  • tell you about job clubs and job fairs

And our support will not end once you’ve got a job – we’ll keep supporting you, to make sure you can keep your new job.

If you’re not ready for a job yet

If you need more experience or skills, we can help you:

  • get work experience
  • get a place on one of our academies (for care and support, cleaning, hospitality, or security)
  • find an apprenticeship
  • find somewhere to study for a qualification
  • get into training or onto a course to learn new skills

Our other support

We work with lots of other organisations which may be able to help you. We can help you get in touch with them.

We may be able to help with problems which are stopping you from getting a job. For example:

  • having no suitable work clothes or PPE
  • being unable to travel to work
  • being unable to afford the cost of training
  • needing help with your health and wellbeing
